Students with a more relaxed pace of learning can choose comfortable conditions for themselves within the IPF, lasting 18 months or two years. Graduates of the programme successfully continue their education at top-ranked British universities, including prestigious Russell Group universities.

Combined Studies Programme

The modular combined studies programme is an alternative to A-level and leads students to admission to the desired direction at a particular university. The course lasts one or two years.

It includes both a mandatory direction in key skills and two additional subject directions.

As part of the programme, teachers from partner universities visit the college, communicate with students and give lectures. Abbey DLD Manchester cooperates with such British universities as Aston University, Chester University, Keele University, Teesside University, Plymouth University, Nottingham Trent University.

One Year Intensive Retake A-levels Programme

The one-year programme is designed for schoolchildren who have already completed A-level and passed the exams, but are dissatisfied with the results and are planning to retake them.

Students can fully realise their potential and improve their final scores for admission to highly competitive courses.

  • Students under 16 live with host families during their studies. Students are offered a fully equipped separate bedroom, shared or private bathroom;
  • Students aged 16 and over can stay with host families or at the Clydesdale House residence. The boarding house with 24-hour security is located 15 minutes' walk from the school building. Boys and girls are offered single comfortable rooms with their own bathroom, shared kitchens and living rooms, and space for studying. Schoolchildren are also provided with bicycle parking, laundry, and cleaning services.

Tuition fees at Abbey DLD College Manchester

The cost of training depends on the chosen program and its duration:

  • GCSE: one year - £25,415, 18 months - £16,920 for the first six months + full annual fee; two years - £21,680/year;
  • A-levels: two years - £25,415/year; two and a half years - £16,920 for the first six months + full fees for two years; three years - £21,680/year;
  • IFP: 18 months - £16,920 for the first six months + full contribution for the year, two years - £21,680/year;
  • Academic programmes with football: GCSE/IFP 18 months - £23,645 for the first six months + full fee for the year, GCSE/A-level 2 years - £31,775/year;
  • English with sport - £11,670.

Homestay accommodation costs from £11,700/year, college residences from £13,900/year.

Additional costs include:

  • registration fee - £500;
