Auburn – is a small city with a temperate climate and developed infrastructure, making it an excellent place to study. The Auburn Center, with restaurants, shops and a large cinema, is a short walk from campus, so every student will find something to do in their free time. But fans of big cities should not be upset, since the nearest large city is Atlanta, located just an hour and a half drive from the university. And camping and nature enthusiasts will be able to visit Chevakla National Park, which is a few miles from campus. Festivals and events are also regularly held on campus.

In addition to undergraduate studies for international students, Auburn University also provides master's programs, before which the student takes a special MAP – Master Accelerator Program preparatory course.

Foreign school graduates who are just arriving in the United States and are ready to enter university life have the opportunity to take the mandatory IAP – International Accelerator Program for beginners, which lasts from two to three semesters. The training consists of both core curriculum subjects and a strengthened English course and orientation course Live, Learn, Grow. Students study in small groups. The IAP also includes on-campus support, campus relocation assistance. Applicants who are unsure of their language proficiency are also provided with a sixteen-week English course.

After completing the program, the student enters the 1st semester of his specialty (with the exception of the program) Integrated Master's Accelerator – after it, the student moves on to the second semester of his main program). If desired, a student can take a Pre-Sessional English course before starting the course.
