Educational programs at Fraser International College
Fraser International College (FIC) offers a wide range of programs in all main specialties at the university,
such as: business, computer sciences, engineering major, art and social sciences, communication and
technology, environment and health protection.
Program of FIC college guarantees a successful enrollment to Simon Fraser University (95% students
continue their studies within the 2 nd year of study of the University). The classes in college are of small
size, 10-15 students.
UTP Stage I is a transfer program from school education to university education. This is the program for
students with a low average grade. Upon successful completion of UTP Stage I the student may be
transferred to the next level – UTP Stage II. Program duration of UTP Stage I is 2 terms.
UTP Stage II is equivalent to the first year of study at a higher educational institution under the Bachelor's degree program.
Program duration of UTP Stage II is 3 terms. Upon successful completion of UTP 2 the students may be
transferred to the second year of study of the university.
One can be enrolled to the education programs at Fraser International College on the basis of Pearson
Versant test.
Studies at the college begin in: September, January, May.

UTP Stage II – 22.983 CAD per three terms
