Ridley College has everything necessary for the comprehensive development of students and their comfortable living: study rooms, research laboratories, a library, theater, music classes, an art studio, a design and technology studio, and a chapel. There is a unique robotics laboratory in the school. The students regularly participate in robot contests with the robots they design themselves. The campus is equipped with sports halls, athletic center, unique indoor reservoir for rowing, ice arena, tennis complex with 5 courts, football and baseball field.
There are also student canteens, a medical center, and a shop.

- Cadet corps. All boarding school students are members of Canada's largest cadet community. Compliance with disciplinary standards, participation in joint activities is mandatory for the students.
- The Duke of Edinburgh Award is an international program established by Prince Philip, spouse of the British Queen. The student must prove themselves in each of the following areas: volunteering, physical education, expeditions. Participants compete for prestigious bronze, silver and gold awards.
- The school is one of three in North America allowed to conduct the International Baccalaureate (IB).
Residence — boarding. All Ridley College students live in eleven residences.
There are arranged separate buildings for boys and girls. Two boarders and one student who stay at school only during the day usually live in one room.
